Age Well (to 100) and Thrive? 

In my continuous curiosity about health and wellness, I stumbled across information about Blue Zones – areas in the world where people live to be 100 years old, while living well – healthy, and free of chronic disease. In fact, they exceed the average life expectancy of Canadians by about 25 years. As I’m approaching 50 that peaked my interest: to grow old while thriving in a healthy, vibrant life every day. Dr. Esselstyn's ongoing 21-year study shows that you CAN reverse heart disease and save your life.
